How do PWG Members Add to the Wiki?

 

If you already know what a Wiki is, and you are excited about building a website collaboratively, then you ready to get on with collaborating.

 

The beauty of a wiki is that every page is editable by you!

 

To see how easy it is to edit, do it now:

 

1. Click "Edit Page" at the top of this page (yes, right now!).

2. Change something (I'm sure you can find something to alter, even if it is just a missing comma, an extra comma, or an inelegant phrase).

3. Click "Save."

 

That was dirt simple, right? Do you see your change? Any changes immediately become live — for you and all the other members of the PWG that visit this site.

 

Of course, just like with a word processor, you have to learn some commands to graduate from plain text to pretty formatting, but formatting is also dirt simple. The fastest way to learn formatting is by example: you just find other pages in the wiki that have formatting that you like, click edit page to see how they were made, and then apply what you have learned. However, if you want a more structured explanation, while you are editing, there is a "Style Help" link over on the right side of the page that you can click on, and it describes all the

 

So now, go to the site overview, find some part of the site that you are interested in, read what is already there, and then start making edits and additions.
